Nobody really knows who this guy is!!  It is never explained.  All we do know is that he is aware that Kakarotto is on the planet Earth.  He wants him to join up with him and if not he will kill him.  (Why does this sound like the same story line that happens when Raddittsu first arrives?)  It is NEVER stated or even implied that this guy is a brother, cousin or relative of any kind to Kakarot.  Sorry for all of you who are hell bent that this is his "other" brother.  IT IS NEVER STATED.  Granted, there can't be that many guys who look that much like each other without there being some family relation, but we will never know for certain what it is.  I guess Bardok might have had more than two sons, but that is never verified.
